You retain ownership of all property information, notes, contacts, and other content you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

Keylodger offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Current plan details, including property limits and pricing, are available on our pricing page.
The free plan allows you to use the Service with a limit of one (1) property at no charge. The free plan does not require a payment method.
Paid plans require a payment method at the time of subscription. You will be charged at the applicable rate immediately upon subscribing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
If your paid subscription ends or you downgrade to the free plan, your account will revert to the free plan's property limit. Properties above the free plan limit may become inaccessible. We recommend exporting or reviewing your data before cancelling if you have more properties than the free plan allows.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the address in Section 13 within 30 days of the charge.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at the email in Section 13. We do not currently provide a self-serve account deletion feature.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before terminating your account, except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We may delete Your Data after termination, subject to our data retention obligations. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before account termination where feasible.
